As a Trade Finance Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique trade finance requirements, and providing customized solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse portfolio of trade finance clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention rates. You will collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, guarantees, and supply chain finance.
Additionally, you will conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and remain informed on industry trends. Adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in all trade finance activities will be crucial. You will prepare and present comprehensive reports on trade finance activities and performance to senior management, offering expert advice and guidance on our trade finance products and services.
