About the job

About Us

At vinci4d, we are pioneering Physics AI for hardware design, empowering engineers to explore, analyze, and optimize hardware systems. Our innovative product seamlessly integrates advanced AI with the intricacies of engineering design workflows.

Role Overview

Join our Forward Deployment Sales team and contribute to the rapid adoption of our software among leading engineering teams. You will engage closely with potential customers, demonstrating how vinci4d's platform can enhance product design, thermal performance, time to market, and reliability.

In this dynamic role, you will create and simulate thermal models based on client designs, validating vinci4d's software and highlighting its real-world applications. Your expertise in thermal analysis and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) will be crucial for assessing steady-state and transient thermal behavior, especially in electronics cooling, thermal management, and product reliability.

You will work hand-in-hand with client engineering teams to grasp their needs, address technical queries, and effectively communicate vinci4d's product features. Your insights from customer interactions will also inform product development, identifying essential needs and opportunities for enhancement.

This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work in our Palo Alto office three days a week to foster collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. The role involves moderate travel within the United States, with occasional international travel for significant customers and events in Asia and Europe.

  • Collaborate with customer engineering teams during evaluations, assisting with simulation setup, running test cases, and interpreting results to showcase vinci4d's value.

  • Work with the sales team to provide product demonstrations, conduct proof-of-concept evaluations, and engage in detailed technical discussions with prospective clients.

  • Aid in customer onboarding and deployments by offering technical guidance, training, and troubleshooting support throughout the deployment and production phases.

  • Identify customer challenges and workflow issues, collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance product features and overall user experience.

  • Conduct technical training sessions and workshops to empower customer teams in the effective adoption and scaling of vinci4d within their engineering processes.
