Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end delivery of intricate, cross-functional technology programs involving several engineering teams. Collaborate with Engineering teams to establish project scope, roadmap, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Implement robust governance, reporting, and risk management processes to ensure transparency and accountability. Effectively communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders. Work in partnership with Technology leadership to define forward-looking strategies and execution frameworks. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to boost delivery efficiency across Technology teams. Provide structure and clarity to projects with ambiguous or evolving requirements. Qualifications A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience across at least two of the following areas: technical program management, financial services industry, or technology/financial services consulting. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
