Lead comprehensive requirements gathering for intricate projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Collaborate with business leaders to synchronize IT initiatives with strategic objectives. Act as a liaison between senior stakeholders and technical teams. Create detailed project plans (sprints, phases), incorporating resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies. Oversee multiple projects or products, guaranteeing timely and budget-compliant delivery. Manage escalations, resolve conflicts, and mitigate significant risks. Work closely with developers to convert business requirements into actionable technical specifications and functionalities. Document, prioritize, and track requests for new functionalities from business users. Document, prioritize, and track requests for new technical architecture from developers. Identify prospective features for products through effective product road-mapping. Analyze business processes for optimization and lead change management initiatives. Develop and implement project management frameworks and standards. Qualifications and Experience:8+ years of experience in managing technology projects, conducting business analysis, and defining product roadmaps. In-depth knowledge of the system development life cycle. Extensive experience with various project management methodologies. Proven track record of delivering projects under tight deadlines. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to comprehend the interplay between business processes and technology solutions. Skilled in deconstructing processes to their fundamental components, simplifying and reconstructing them effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
