Role Overview
As part of Kaizen, you’ll work within verticals that connect us with our customers while fostering sustainable growth and seamless entertainment experiences. The AI department is integral to our innovation strategy, where we leverage advanced AI algorithms to enhance our products and business performance. Our AI teams are dedicated to creating solutions ranging from fraud detection to personalized gaming recommendations, AI-powered copilots, and CRM optimizations.
The Technology Manager will collaborate closely with the Head of Technology to lead a segment of our AI technology function. This role is crucial for ensuring that delivery, performance, and quality standards are maintained sustainably from both a people and product perspective. You will oversee the operational excellence and delivery of two or more cross-functional AI teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead two or more cross-functional engineering teams (7–35 members), including Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Engineers, and Principal AI Engineers.
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Research teams to uphold high standards in AI product delivery, scalability, performance, and quality.
- Ensure alignment between AI initiatives and business goals, effectively translating strategy into execution.
- Facilitate strong collaboration across verticals and technology lines to promote AI-driven innovation throughout the organization.
- Prioritize and empower teams for timely delivery of high-quality AI products by removing obstacles and managing dependencies.
- Provide operational leadership for AI systems, infrastructure, and ML lifecycle processes (development, deployment, monitoring).
- Maintain the AI technology roadmap, balancing innovation with scalability.
