Aether Aerospace is hiring a Technical Training Administrator II for its Boston, MA location. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement and is available for an immediate start.

Aether Aerospace combines the capabilities of JHNA, CTSi, and EXPANSIA to provide technology-enabled services and advanced manufacturing for U. S. Department of Defense and national security programs. Backed by Falfurrias Management Partners, the company supports Army, Navy, Air Force, and Space Force projects with a focus on digital engineering, systems integration, and specialized manufacturing.

What you will do

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver technical training programs for internal staff and clients.
  • Oversee training initiatives to ensure alignment with technical standards and evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to assess new tools, systems, and processes, then convert these into effective learning experiences.
  • Manage logistics such as scheduling and classroom setup to support smooth delivery of training programs.
  • Provide technical and operational support throughout the training process.
  • Keep training data and documentation current, and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Address moderately complex technical and training-related issues with general supervision.
