The Role
At Postman, we prioritize our customers above all. Our Customer Education team plays a vital role in guiding our users through their Postman journey by developing educational programs that enhance adoption, empower developers, and streamline the customer experience.
We are searching for a Technical Trainer who is dynamic, enthusiastic, and skilled in leading customer workshops and training sessions for our enterprise clients, both in-person and virtually. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with Postman and a proven track record in training large organizations. You will lead Instructor-Led Training (ILT) modules catering to diverse user roles, industries, and skill levels while continuously enhancing training design and delivery with a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Create and conduct training sessions that enable customers to utilize Postman effectively.
- Develop educational materials, such as demonstrations and in-product exercises, to assist customers and internal teams in mastering Postman.
- Collaborate closely with product, customer success, sales, and support teams to align training programs with product updates and customer needs.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools to enhance interactive training sessions.
- Stay informed on product updates and new features to ensure training content is current and relevant.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise training.
- At least 3 years of experience in using Postman and conducting training for large organizations.
