Your Role

  • Break down complex customer inquiries, explore the Mapbox stack for solutions, and provide clear, friendly responses.

  • Collaborate with engineering and documentation teams to keep our product documentation and code examples updated and precise.

  • Team up with the Mapbox support team to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional support to our clients.

  • Collect user feedback and translate it into actionable insights for Mapbox product engineers.

  • Monitor public GitHub repositories to track open issues and assist users and contributors as needed.

Key Qualifications
