Role Overview: Technical Support Engineer
This remote, US-based position calls for a skilled Support Engineer to build and lead Sweet Security’s technical support function. The role is hands-on and foundational: design support processes, select tools, and set best practices from the ground up. The position is individual contributor level and combines technical troubleshooting with a strong focus on customer experience.

- Act as the primary technical contact for customer issues
- Resolve complex technical problems related to cloud security deployments
- Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams
- Shape support processes, tools, and standards for the company
