Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Technical Support Analysts to provide outstanding support for Rain’s platform and integrations. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex issues, assisting both internal and external partners, and ensuring our infrastructure and user experience remain seamless.

Your Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve intricate customer and partner issues related to Rain’s systems, APIs, and integrations.
  • Examine logs, dashboards, and transaction data to diagnose root causes and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to resolve technical incidents.
  • Maintain precise documentation and develop troubleshooting guides for frequently encountered issues.
  • Monitor trends and propose enhancements to prevent future issues.
  • Assist with testing new features, integrations, and platform updates as needed.
