Qualifications
What You'll Be DoingCustomer Support: Engage with customers through email, chat, phone, or video to diagnose issues accurately and deliver effective solutions. Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the technical expert for FacilityOS software and hardware, including iPads, printers, mobile devices, barcode scanners, and other peripherals. Escalation Liaison: Facilitate communication between Support, Engineering, QA, and Professional Services to document and reproduce issues, ensuring swift resolutions and clear communication. Product & Knowledge Enablement: Become a FacilityOS authority by creating internal and customer-facing documentation, training materials, and help center articles. Process Optimization: Enhance and develop support processes to boost team efficiency and performance. Experience & Technical SkillsMinimum of 2 years in customer-facing digital support, preferably with enterprise clients and hardware/software products. Excellent communication abilities; adept at translating complex technical topics for diverse audiences. Strong troubleshooting skills in software, hardware, and networking (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, etc.). Familiarity with software tools like Zendesk and Microsoft Suite.
