Responsibilities:Resolve issues related to Aspel systems and the Microsoft 365 platform. Install, configure, and provide post-sale support for Aspel solutions. Translate, adjust, and migrate databases (SQL, Firebird). Ensure compliance with deadlines, ticket resolution, and productivity metrics. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Conduct periodic technical training, certifications, and workshops. Requirements:Proven experience in technical support (mandatory). Strong knowledge of Aspel (preferred, not mandatory). Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS environments. Experience in supporting and installing Microsoft 365 (preferred). Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Firebird, and databases (mandatory). Proficiency in Excel. English proficiency (desirable). Must reside in Mexico City or surrounding areas.
