- Implement structured release workflows to mitigate production outages and business disruptions.
- Act as the central communication point, aligning Engineering, QA, Product, and Operations to avert bottlenecks and eliminate redundant efforts.
- Streamline approval processes and release workflows to expedite the rollout of new features and updates.
- Oversee thorough testing, validation, and risk assessments to safeguard customer experience.
- Provide daily support for release management inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate change scope, release specifics, and documentation creation.
- Maintain comprehensive rollback plans for rapid recovery from deployment issues.
- Balance competing priorities, resources, and timelines to ensure timely releases.
- Facilitate Engineering teams' focus on development by managing the orchestration of release activities.
