About the Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and resourceful Technical Recruiter who will play a critical role in expanding our team with exceptional talent. This position involves close collaboration with hiring managers and leadership to attract, source, and engage top-tier candidates for essential technical and operational roles. You will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from building candidate pipelines to managing processes, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts: source, screen, interview, and facilitate the hiring process for positions across engineering, operations, and business functions.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend role specifications, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and implement structured interview methodologies.

  • Engage with passive candidates through innovative research, networking, and direct outreach.

  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline utilizing ATS and other recruitment systems.

  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to enhance processes.

  • Act as an ambassador for xdof, sharing our narrative, values, and mission with potential candidates.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within a high-growth startup or technology firm.

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and securing technical talent (such as software engineers, robotics experts, data specialists).

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building.

  • Capability to work autonomously and adapt to a fast-evolving environment.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

  • A passion for emerging technologies, robotics, and AI is highly desirable.
