Your Role
As our inaugural Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Resolve AI by identifying and hiring outstanding engineers who will develop the next wave of AI-powered production systems. Collaborating closely with the Head of People & Talent and the early leadership team, you will build exceptional engineering teams across various domains including AI, backend, infrastructure, and more. Your influence will extend beyond recruitment; you will create foundational processes, bring our talent strategy to fruition, and significantly impact our company culture during this critical phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across engineering, AI Research, Infrastructure, Backend, Full stack, Frontend, Security, and more.
Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to comprehend business needs, team roadmaps, and dynamic role requirements.
Design and implement strategic sourcing campaigns to discover top-tier, often passive candidates through innovative outreach, referrals, talent mapping, and events.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience that embodies Resolve AI's commitment to excellence and urgency.
Establish and execute foundational processes, including interview loops, scorecards, scheduling workflows, and best practices.
Deliver talent market insights and real-time funnel data to guide hiring decisions effectively.
