About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will collaborate directly with the founders and hiring managers to attract and onboard exceptional talent within our engineering and operations teams.
What You'll Do
Manage the complete recruiting cycle for technical positions—from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers.
Develop and oversee robust pipelines of high-caliber candidates.
Work closely with founders and hiring managers to clarify role requirements and assessment criteria.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
Rapidly adapt recruiting strategies and sourcing methods to optimize results.
Establish scalable processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms to enhance hiring efficiency.
Contribute to building our employer brand through LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a high-growth startup environment.
Proven sourcing abilities and a creative mindset for identifying top talent.
