Job Summary
As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Technical Recruiter to spearhead some of the most impactful and relationship-focused aspects of our recruitment efforts. This is a unique chance to influence the trajectory of a company on the verge of becoming a leader in AI technology. To preserve our competitive advantage ahead of production, we require a data-savvy and innovative recruiter. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, engineers, and our recruitment team to identify, engage, and secure top-tier technical talent.
This position is perfect for someone who excels in dynamic, high-intensity environments and relishes the challenge of sourcing talent through unconventional avenues.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring high-quality candidates are engaged and expedited decision-making is maintained.
Forge strong partnerships with hiring managers, acting as an advocate for both candidate and organizational needs.
Participate in AI meetups, technical conferences, and community events to proactively cultivate candidate pipelines.
Source candidates in innovative ways—such as GitHub repositories, preprint authors on arXiv, contributors to Apache mailing lists, or insightful Twitter discussions.
Facilitate structured interview processes, monitor candidate performance, and lead debrief sessions with hiring managers and leadership.
Manage the offer and closing processes in partnership with hiring managers and the CEO.
Continuously refine our recruitment systems, processes, and candidate experiences to enhance efficiency and engagement.
You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years of experience in recruiting technical talent within competitive markets.
A profound ability to evaluate and engage with candidates across various platforms, including social media and professional networks.
