Demonstrated success in LinkedIn InMail campaigns and job posting optimization. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and organizational tools. Experience in utilizing and optimizing AI in the recruiting process. Advanced techniques for sourcing passive candidates beyond basic job board postings. Strong skills in scheduling and managing complex interview coordination. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proactive and competitive self-starter mentality with a strong sense of urgency. Adaptability and reliability are essential in our fast-paced environment.

BETSOL is on the lookout for an outstanding Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic and high-achieving team. This position demands a solid history of recruiting and successfully closing US positions, along with experience in international recruitment. You will excel in our quality-driven environment, managing high-profile and critical requisitions. We seek a proactive self-starter who can deliver top-tier candidates within strict timelines while fostering enduring relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles with a demonstrated ability to close US positions.
  • Work in a hybrid schedule from our Bangalore office, adhering to 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST hours.
  • Present qualified candidates within four days of the requisition opening.
  • Provide weekly recruitment updates directly to executive leadership.
  • Utilize advanced passive candidate search strategies and Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Manage LinkedIn InMail campaigns and job postings effectively.
  • Employ internal ATS for candidate management and workflow optimization.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal interviews with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conduct professional Teams video screening interviews.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver talent within budget constraints while meeting all hiring service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain strict attention to detail in all candidate processes and documentation.
