This position demands a solid history of recruiting and successfully closing US positions, along with experience in international recruitment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles with a demonstrated ability to close US positions.
- Work in a hybrid schedule from our Bangalore office, adhering to 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST hours.
- Present qualified candidates within four days of the requisition opening.
- Provide weekly recruitment updates directly to executive leadership.
- Utilize advanced passive candidate search strategies and Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Manage LinkedIn InMail campaigns and job postings effectively.
- Employ internal ATS for candidate management and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate and schedule internal interviews with meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct professional Teams video screening interviews.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver talent within budget constraints while meeting all hiring service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Maintain strict attention to detail in all candidate processes and documentation.
