About the Role

As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will play a vital role within Fluidstack’s Design and Engineering team. You will be responsible for overseeing project management and program infrastructure for a diverse array of data center design and solution delivery initiatives, directly reporting to the Director of Design & Engineering.

This is a pivotal role where you will revolutionize how Fluidstack organizes and executes its design and engineering projects. You will establish a structured approach and instill accountability across internal teams, external consultants, and delivery partners. Your responsibilities will include developing templates, standards, and systems that empower engineers to focus on their core responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Program Structure & Delivery

  • Lead the full project management lifecycle of multiple concurrent data center design and solution delivery programs from inception to construction-ready handoff.
  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules that encompass architectural, structural, MEP, civil, technology, and specialty design disciplines.
  • Implement program governance practices, including milestone gates, design review schedules, change control measures, and decision logs to ensure accountability while minimizing overhead.
  • Proactively identify risks, interdependencies, and potential blockers, addressing them before they escalate into issues.
  • Provide clear portfolio-level status reports for leadership, including schedule health, risk assessments, open decisions, and escalation alerts.

Template & Standards Program

  • Oversee Fluidstack’s internal template program for design and engineering delivery, which includes project management playbooks, design review templates, consultant scopes, and more.
