About the Role

In your capacity as a Technical Program Manager for Hardware New Product Introduction (NPI), you will spearhead execution across cross-functional teams, including mechanical design, embedded systems, controls, and manufacturing operations. This role demands high ownership and is mission-critical, offering visibility throughout the complete hardware product lifecycle—from prototype to scaled deployment.

You will oversee the introduction of intricate robotic systems into production, establish and uphold strict development and manufacturing milestones, and ensure smooth collaboration among internal engineering teams and external supply chain partners.

  • Take ownership and drive intricate hardware and autonomy programs from concept to production, involving cross-functional coordination across mechanical, electrical, GNC, and firmware systems.
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, managing build plans, integration milestones, and transitions to contract manufacturing.
  • Act as the central point for coordinating design, manufacturing, validation, and supplier execution across multiple internal and external teams.
  • Define and monitor program timelines, critical paths, and risk mitigation strategies across all technical disciplines.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure technical decisions are in line with scheduling and manufacturing constraints.
