About the Role
We are in search of a Technical Product Marketing Manager who will take charge of HackerRank's product and technical narrative. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers (PMs) on a daily basis, transforming our developments into clear, compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences, including developers, students, candidates, engineering leaders, recruiters, talent acquisition operations, and technical buyers. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and delivering these narratives.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously refine HackerRank's product narrative in the context of hiring and upskilling, linking product releases to broader trends in AI and software development.
- Produce high-quality content, including product presentations, technical blogs, whitepapers, demo videos, walkthroughs, competitive analysis, and customer-facing materials.
- Lead communications for product releases, working with PMs and marketing teams on messaging and materials for enablement, webinars, emails, webpages, videos, and social media.
- Maintain and update product artifacts, such as webpages, videos, presentations, and positioning materials.
- Create enablement materials for the field, position debriefs, and concise product videos, synthesizing insights from field signals, customer interactions, and Kaia recordings to identify narrative gaps.
- Participate in product jams, roadmap evaluations, and sprint demonstrations, utilizing HackerRank and competitor products regularly.
- Leverage AI tools to develop workflows that enhance team efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Content Studio on market-facing video projects and engage in social media and short-form content initiatives to promote products and features.
- Coordinate efforts across Product, Marketing, Field/GTM, Content Studio, and Support departments.
Your Profile
- A product marketing professional with 4 to 7 years of experience in product marketing or related fields, demonstrating a strong understanding of the technical landscape and marketing strategies.
