Role Overview

As a Technical Product Manager, you will spearhead the development and delivery of our innovative recruiting and staffing products. This role is integral to aligning product, engineering, and business strategies to create scalable, data-driven solutions that improve how companies attract and hire talent. You will work collaboratively with engineering, design, and key stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize key features, and deliver impactful solutions that address real-world hiring challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for our recruiting and staffing platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, high-quality products.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, sales, and operations to ensure product alignment.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to drive product decisions and enhancements.
  • Lead agile product development cycles, including sprint planning and backlog management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high quality and performance standards.
  • Communicate product updates, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
