Role overview
Ebury is hiring a Technical Operations Engineer for its Mexico City office. This hybrid position requires four days onsite and one day remote each week. The role is part of the support engineering team, focusing on operational support throughout the company’s technology systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot problems with applications, services, and infrastructure reported by users of Ebury’s internally built systems.
- Verify and document technical issues and bugs to keep tracking and escalation accurate.
- Manage incidents, communicate with stakeholders, and coordinate with development teams as needed.
- Work alongside Software Engineering to define support workflows and monitoring for new products and projects.
- Collaborate with trusted vendors to resolve service-related events.

Location and work schedule
