THE ROLE
As a Technical Marketing Engineer, you will lead the charge in crafting our technical value narrative, developing content and digital strategies that resonate with the technical community. Your role will focus on translating intricate database and virtualization solution differentiators into impactful stories and enabling resources. You will play a vital role in launching new features by overseeing the technical marketing bill of materials (BOM), collaborating closely with Solution Management, Product Marketing, and global Field Sales teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and implement a compelling technical content strategy, including blog posts, digital experiences, and webcasts, specifically targeted at our core database and virtualization solutions.
- Manage the technical marketing Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring that our Field Sales and Partners have access to essential enablement and demo assets.
- Drive the digital strategy and execution for technical showcases such as Pure360 demonstrations and TestDrive experiences on purestorage.com, boosting engagement with technical buyers.
- Serve as a bridge between Product Marketing, Solution Management, and the Field, translating new feature functionalities into clear, differentiated customer value propositions and technical selling points.
- Act as a thought leader by producing timely, relevant content that emphasizes new features and integrations while providing insightful feedback on high-level technical architecture.
- This position primarily operates in an office environment, so you will be expected to work on-site in accordance with Pure’s policies unless on approved leave.
