Technical Infrastructure Engineer
Role Overview
Game Plan Tech is on the lookout for a dynamic Technical Infrastructure Engineer who integrates security expertise, operational excellence, and strategic systems thinking in a cutting-edge AI-driven environment. This pivotal role involves designing, securing, and continuously enhancing the core infrastructure that underpins both our internal operations and client-facing services.
In this forward-thinking engineering position, you will spearhead the development of our cloud architecture, identity management, endpoint security, logging systems, and operational tools. The Technical Infrastructure Engineer will work at the nexus of security operations, cloud architecture, compliance, and enablement, crafting systems that scale alongside the company's growth while ensuring strong operational oversight.
Desired Qualifications

- Experience with security operations, logging frameworks, SIEM/SOAR tools, and endpoint detection and response solutions.
- Proficiency in identity and access management concepts, including SSO, OAuth governance, and zero trust methodologies.
- Experience in compliance-driven environments (CMMC, FedRAMP-aligned, or similar).
- Capability to convert security and governance requirements into practical, streamlined engineering systems.
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills, prioritizing operational transparency.
- Interest in AI-enhanced security operations and automation-focused infrastructure management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Security and Operational Resilience

- Establish centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting across diverse environments.
- Manage and refine security operations workflows, encompassing detection, triage, and response strategies.
- Uphold endpoint security standards and ensure compliance across the organization.
- Mitigate operational risks through automation, observability, and proactive control measures.
