Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Familiarity with insurance claims processes and data is highly advantageous.

Your Impact: As a Technical Engagement Manager (TEM), you will be instrumental in providing solutions to Fortune 1000 insurance carriers. You will oversee critical deployments, manage change processes, and ensure the success of our operational products. This role requires you to manage project timelines, facilitate status updates, and lead daily operations alongside our delivery team. Your expertise in business systems analysis and project management will deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

What You'll Achieve (Performance Outcomes):

  • Deliver high-quality technical and business services to a select group of clients, providing support to Senior TEMs on top-tier accounts as necessary, while tracking client renewals and expansions.
  • Manage day-to-day project delivery throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements on schedule.
  • Engage in internal and external conference calls, demonstrations, and presentations, advocating for client needs and offering valuable insights.
  • Contribute to various business and operational development initiatives as needed.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of insurance claims data and the capabilities of EvolutionIQ’s solutions.
  • Provide weekly status updates and escalate project risks to clients and the delivery team.
  • Document client business rules, requirements, and processes, ensuring the platform is correctly configured.
