Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire demo process for Arbi, Athena, and Aurora, including needs assessment, customized presentations, addressing objections, and outlining follow-up actions. Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure demo strategies align with customer pain points, technical needs, and success metrics. Conduct independent demos for various buyer personas in recruitment, operations, leadership, and IT. Instill technical confidence during the sales process to facilitate deal progression. Lead technical validation during trials and POCs, defining success criteria, managing timelines, and swiftly resolving obstacles. Provide troubleshooting support and guide prospects through real-world workflows.

We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager who will take ownership of product demonstrations, onboarding, and ensuring customer success from day one. This role is pivotal in closing and expanding our ARBI deals.

Role Overview:

The Technical Customer Success Manager is a hands-on, customer-centric position focused on achieving one primary goal: facilitating deal closures and guaranteeing immediate customer success following contract signing. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations, validate technical requirements, and eliminate implementation hurdles.

You will be the key point of contact for customers as they engage with Arbi, Athena, and Aurora, guiding them from their first demo to realizing value from our solutions. This role is perfect for an individual who excels in solution consulting, possesses strong technical skills, and can effectively communicate the value of our offerings while remaining accountable for customer outcomes.
