Your Responsibilities
As a Recruiter at Flow Engineering, you will take charge of engineering and go-to-market requisitions from the outset. Your tasks will include:
Crafting and implementing focused sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn, referrals, events, and other channels
Evaluating incoming applications and conducting preliminary screenings to gauge candidate fit and interest
Managing candidate coordination and scheduling while ensuring integrity in your ATS data
Collaborating with hiring managers to outline role specifications, align profiles, and establish priorities and timelines
Mastering candidate closing techniques in a competitive landscape, with an aim to independently close candidates within six months

You possess 3 to 6 years of recruiting expertise. This position is ideal for:
Agency Recruiters seeking to pivot from high-volume recruiting to a more strategic, consultative approach in a company you are passionate about.

Preferred Qualifications
