About the Role
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) Team Lead for Spain will spearhead a regional team of Technical Account Managers within Veeam’s EMEA Professional Services organization. This role is crucial in enhancing customer success, optimizing team performance, and driving strategic growth in the Spanish market. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical leadership experience, exceptional customer engagement skills, a strategic outlook, and a commitment to nurturing and developing high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of TAMs, ensuring the consistent delivery of superior services.
- Act as a senior advisor and escalation resource for key enterprise and government accounts across Spain.
- Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive engagement and value realization.
- Collaborate across various teams including Sales, Product, and Support to align TAM services with broader business objectives.
- Participate in EMEA leadership forums, contributing to the development and standardization of best practices.
- Monitor team performance metrics and initiate continuous improvement strategies.
- Represent the Spanish region in EMEA PS strategy discussions, addressing local needs effectively.
- Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, influencing account strategies, and supporting TAM-led initiatives.
- Assist in the strategic planning and execution of regional goals, including forecasting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare for future P&L accountability by aligning team performance with revenue targets, optimizing service delivery capacity, and contributing to Professional Services bookings and renewals.
