Role Overview: Technical Account Manager – Strategic Workforce Identity Solutions
This Technical Account Manager (TAM) position focuses on Workforce Identity Solutions for large enterprise clients. The role sits within Okta’s Strategic Segment Team, working with organizations across industries including Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology.
The TAM team at Okta is made up of global product experts who work closely with existing customers. The team’s goal is to understand each client’s environment, address current issues, and help them prepare for future needs.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for some of Okta’s largest clients
- Specialize in Workforce Identity, developing strategies tailored to each account
- Align with enterprise customers to create and execute deployment plans that support long-term technical maturity
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique ecosystems and business challenges
- Travel as needed, especially for onboarding and initial visits to Okta’s San Francisco headquarters or Chicago office during your first week
