Role overview
This position goes beyond traditional account management. The Technical Account Manager acts as the main technical point of contact for key clients in Poland, helping them navigate identity security transformations and implementations. The role involves connecting technical expertise with client goals to deliver long-term value and ensure the Saviynt platform is fully integrated into each organization’s security framework.
What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic clients in Poland
- Guide organizations through identity security transformations and platform implementations
- Proactively address client needs and challenges related to identity governance
- Ensure the Saviynt platform is integrated into client security frameworks
- Align technical solutions with client strategies to deliver ongoing value
Requirements
- Experience in identity security or technical account management roles
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of identity platforms
- Ability to build trust with strategic clients and support complex implementations
- Comfort working with enterprise and government organizations
- Located in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland
