Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Technical Account Executive who possesses a solid background in business consulting, particularly in software product development. The ideal candidate is consultative in nature, adept at identifying and addressing both the business and technical needs of clients. This role involves guiding clients from initial engagement through to the finalization of deals. Candidates should have experience in software consulting, particularly with tech firms and enterprise-level clients, and must be able to provide evidence of successfully closed deals worth six or seven figures. Comfort in navigating organizational silos and engaging with executives, including VPs, Directors, Product Owners, and C-level executives, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing leads.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team to brainstorm and execute sales campaigns.
  • Assist BDRs in prospecting for new leads.
  • Continuously nurture and upsell accounts post-sale.
  • Engage with potential prospects to cultivate relationships.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and maintain CRM data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to define requirements for opportunities.
  • Partner with the delivery team to create proposals and design solutions, taking ownership of the scoping and solution design process.
  • Prepare and present customized solution presentations to clients.
  • Facilitate a seamless transition to the delivery team, maintaining client engagement during project execution and support phases.
