The Role
As a Team Manager, you will guide a talented team of migration architects and consultants. We seek a dynamic leader who is highly motivated, results-driven, organized, and adept in social interactions. Your leadership will ensure service delivery and operational excellence across our R&D customer base, enhancing engagement within your team.
In this role, you will serve as a customer advocate, collaborating closely with other Veeva teams (Services, Product) to ensure ongoing customer success. You will play a pivotal role in our India Services team, delivering migration solutions for global project teams implementing Veeva Vault R&D applications and Vault Platform cloud solutions within the life sciences industry.
