Experience sourcing talent within agency, healthcare, marketing, or similarly specialized markets, with evidence of successful outreach campaigns and engagement metrics. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to forecast hiring needs, analyze talent markets, and connect with high-quality passive candidates. Your primary focus will be on establishing structured and diverse talent pipelines in advance of hiring demands, ensuring that we consistently provide recruiter-ready candidates aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to manage approximately 15 concurrent requisitions, employing targeted sourcing strategies that align with workforce plans.
- Establish and maintain 8–12 active talent pipelines within your first 90 days using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and talent mapping frameworks.
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates within the agency and healthcare marketing sectors, delivering 5–8 recruiter-ready candidates per active requisition within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct competitive talent mapping and market research, documenting insights and candidate engagement activities within SmartRecruiters.
- Monitor sourcing metrics, including pipeline volume, response rates, and the conversion rates of qualified candidates to interviews, aiming for a 40–50% conversion rate.
