What You Will Be Doing:
- Collaborate with your team to develop innovative sourcing strategies for technology job openings.
- Leverage various tools, including job platforms, search engines, social media, and referrals, to locate tech talent with diverse skill sets.
- Evaluate candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in data entry and management within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Support batch interview arrangements and organize onsite recruitment events as necessary.
