Your Role
As the Talent Partner at Conveo, you will play a pivotal role in assembling the team that drives our company forward. You will take ownership of the entire recruitment process while also enhancing core people practices that elevate our operational standards as we grow.
Your responsibilities will include attracting, evaluating, and securing top-tier talent across engineering, product management, go-to-market, and operational functions. You will collaborate closely with founders on hiring strategies, organizational design, and talent management decisions.
This position transcends typical recruiting roles; you will influence hiring strategies, candidate experiences, long-term talent acquisition, and foundational human resource practices.
This role is available in either London or New York and offers a hybrid work model.
Your Mission
Own End-to-End Hiring Outcomes

• Manage roles from initiation to closure, including sourcing and securing top talent
