In this influential role, you will be integral to shaping our leadership team and spearheading strategic recruitment initiatives. Collaborate closely with senior leaders to pinpoint talent requirements and cultivate a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates for pivotal leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business executives to assess and forecast hiring needs for leadership and strategic roles across Product, Technology, Business, Sales, Growth, Support, and Strategy.
- Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies aimed at attracting elite leadership talent. Conduct high-quality headhunting, passive sourcing, and research-driven searches.
- Establish and maintain organizational maps, talent intelligence, and competitive insights. Leverage market intelligence and data to guide recruiting decisions and enhance proactive sourcing efforts.
- Evaluate, screen, and present candidates to hiring managers, ensuring they align with essential leadership competencies.
- Foster and sustain relationships with external networks, industry contacts, and prospective candidates to build a diverse talent pool.
- Oversee the complete recruitment process for leadership positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Offer insights and recommendations to refine recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
