DolarApp seeks to hire four dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialists to establish an exceptional Corporate function. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the founders and the Talent Acquisition team to not only fill roles but also enhance our Recruitment function, enabling us to attract, hire, and retain the best talent globally. This is a significant position that offers vast opportunities to influence and create something remarkable from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit Top Talent: Partner with co-founders and the executive team to define roles and seniority levels, ensuring we hire world-class talent while developing comprehensive hiring playbooks.

Develop Recruitment Metrics: Be instrumental in defining our Recruitment KPIs, diligently analyzing data to make informed hiring decisions.
Expand the Talent Team: As the business grows, take on the responsibility of hiring additional recruiters to scale the Talent Acquisition team.
Design and Execute Talent Programs: Collaborate with fellow Talent Leads to implement effective hiring strategies and develop scalable programs to support our ongoing growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in building Operations, Growth, Compliance, and Product hiring efforts for a hyper-growth technology startup with a valuation exceeding $1 billion. Experience in recruiting across Europe and Latin America is essential.
A robust sourcing toolkit is essential; we prioritize proactive outreach to passive candidates, preferably with an agency or sourcing background.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
High emotional intelligence to discern candidate motivations and cultural fit; effectively promote DolarApp's mission to inspire candidates about our vision. We prioritize delivering a world-class experience to all candidates throughout the hiring process.
Outstanding organizational skills to meticulously manage the candidate funnel, ensuring attention to detail and due diligence.
