Role Overview

Employer Branding: Serve as a brand ambassador for Fractional AI, influencing how we attract and engage top engineering talent.
Qualifications:
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in recruiting Staff, Principal, and Senior Engineers, particularly within early-stage companies.
Empathetic Communication: Ability to quickly connect with others, fostering trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
