Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our Go-To-Market (GTM) recruitment efforts as we expand. This pivotal role requires close collaboration with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to assemble high-performing teams—from Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to Directors. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruiting for all GTM roles, including Sales (AEs, SDRs), Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships/BD.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create comprehensive hiring plans, refine role specifications, and develop interview processes that accurately assess candidates.
Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates who may not be in the typical talent pool.
Ensure a premium candidate experience through clear communication, prompt feedback, and thorough interview preparation.
Conduct calibration sessions with hiring teams post-screening to enhance the quality of our candidate funnel.
Maintain organized recruitment pipelines and reporting through Ashby, contributing to data-driven hiring decisions.
Act as a true talent advisor by sharing market insights, compensation benchmarks, and honest recommendations.
Candidate Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced startups or venture-backed tech environments.
Proven success in recruiting across GTM functions.
Strong sourcing capabilities with a history of engaging passive talent.
