- Improve pipeline efficiency and reduce time-to-fill while maintaining high standards
- Boost offer acceptance and retention by refining the candidate experience
- Ensure hiring practices remain compliant and scalable as the company grows
What you will do
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning
- Set up a scalable recruitment model, including funnel reviews, forecasting, and governance
- Lead structured interviews, use scorecards, and drive timely decisions
- Recruit for Forex-specific roles: Sales (IB/Partners, B2C/B2B), Retention, Account Management, and potentially Marketing, Product, Tech, or Analytics
- Analyze market talent pools, compensation benchmarks, and competitive trends in Forex
- Advise leadership and hiring managers on role specifications and recruitment priorities
- Provide interview training to promote consistency and quality in hiring
- Oversee ATS/CRM systems, standardize workflows, and maintain candidate communications
- Collaborate with Marketing/Communications to strengthen employer branding and recruitment campaigns
