Your Profile5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting (preferably in-house). Proven track record managing the full recruitment cycle across diverse roles. Exceptional judgement with the ability to evaluate talent beyond resumes. Proficient in partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers. Highly organized with keen attention to detail. Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred QualificationsExperience in a scale-up or startup setting. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically HiBob.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to outline job roles, implement innovative hiring processes, and ensure that each candidate interaction embodies our Ffern ethos.

You will oversee the complete hiring lifecycle, from initial scoping discussions to extending job offers, demonstrating clarity, empathy, and sound judgement throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring Strategy & Role Definition

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles.
  • Create thoughtful hiring strategies that align with team and company objectives.
  • Articulate and promote Ffern’s unique employer brand and value proposition.

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Proactively scout and engage high-caliber candidates across various functions.
  • Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify talent hotspots.
  • Diligently source and nurture a diverse candidate pool through multiple channels to meet strategic hiring goals.

Candidate Experience

  • Manage structured, transparent, and well-communicated hiring processes.
  • Ensure every candidate receives a respectful and engaging experience.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Interview Process & Assessment

  • Design and implement consistent, candidate-focused interview processes.
  • Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing, assessment, and decision-making techniques.
  • Uphold high standards for candidate evaluation and documentation.

Offer Management & Closing

  • Lead the offer management process with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist hiring managers in effectively closing candidates.
  • Facilitate a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Process Improvement & Operations

  • Continuously enhance hiring processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting across the hiring funnel.
  • Contribute to building scalable systems as the organization expands.
