About the Team
The Partnerships team at Decagon is a newly established group focused on driving growth through strategic technology, solutions, channel, cloud, and AI partnerships. As one of our pioneering team members, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, developing programs and processes, and executing initiatives to enhance customer outcomes.
About the Role
We are seeking a System Integrator Partner Lead, a foundational member of our Partnerships team tasked with designing, building, and scaling our revenue-focused partnership programs, particularly for implementation and delivery partners. This dynamic role will require you to merge go-to-market strategies, program design, and partner enablement. You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive both customer satisfaction and commercial results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing strong channel partnerships in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. You will partner with the Director of Partnerships to:
- Develop and implement commercial deal structures and programs to expand the delivery ecosystem.
- Launch partner enablement initiatives, including training pathways, solution guides, joint marketing materials, and certification processes to ensure repeatable success.
- Lead G/SI partnership discussions, crafting joint value propositions, co-delivery models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Increase SI-sourced SQLs, pipeline, and closed-won deals to drive revenue growth.
