The Opportunity
As an Account Development Representative, your role will be pivotal in identifying business needs for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts, ultimately contributing to building a robust sales pipeline. You will work collaboratively with marketing, sales enablement, and management to devise campaigns and engage prospects, facilitating their journey towards a successful handoff to our Sales team. Creating exceptional customer experiences during these interactions will be essential in laying the groundwork for future product sales.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the Account Development Manager and cross-functional teams to establish strategic targets that drive new and expansion business opportunities.
- Achieve or surpass strategic objectives by engaging with qualified leads and facilitating their progression in the sales cycle.
- Assess opportunities by comprehending business challenges while educating prospects on the value of our offerings.
- Conduct thorough research within targeted accounts to pinpoint key contacts and vital account details.
- Identify and pursue strategic new prospects that will expedite territory growth.
- Select and engage with prospects sourced through marketing initiatives.
- Become proficient in sales prospecting tools and platforms.
- Utilize customer challenges to recommend relevant campaigns and events that drive engagement.
- Foster exceptional customer service relationships with prospective clients.
- Perform self-audits of activities for accuracy to enable continuous improvement.
