Role overview
The Supply Chain Technician will support lab and production operations at the San Carlos, California site. This role manages the full lifecycle of mission-critical hardware, from receiving and inventory management to deployment in engineering environments. The position suits those who thrive in high-pressure settings and enjoy creating structure and efficiency in hands-on operations that directly impact engineering output.
Responsibilities
- Manage shipping and receiving for specialized hardware, including domestic and international freight.
- Track inventory levels and set up systems (such as Kanban) to prevent stock-outs.
- Organize and maintain lab spaces, ensuring equipment is tracked, calibrated, and accessible.
- Work with engineering teams to streamline the source-to-shelf process for rapid prototyping.
- Monitor and manage high-value assets and materials using internal systems.
- Support daily logistics and operational tasks in lab and production environments.
