About the Role
As the Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics Manager for DashMart, you will drive the optimization of our supply chain processes. This position involves leading a team focused on inbound and outbound forecasting, as well as order frequency management. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of these workstreams to enhance efficiency and stability in our operations. Your strategic insights will guide our approach to demand forecasting, order management, and volume distribution, avoiding unnecessary peaks and backlogs. We seek a data-driven leader who excels in translating insights into actionable strategies and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership.
You will report directly to a Senior Manager on our DashMart Strategy & Operations team, overseeing a small team in a hybrid work environment that includes both remote work and in-person visits to DashMart locations.
