The Role

We are eager to welcome our inaugural Strategy hire, who will play a pivotal role in our business expansion as we look towards 2026. Reporting directly to the COO, this individual will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities to bolster various aspects of Kota's operations.

Success in this position will lead to becoming a trusted problem solver within the organization, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the business and its operational dynamics. Desired outcomes include fostering a top-tier customer experience and coordinating vital elements of our geographic growth.

The ideal candidate will be a versatile generalist and an adept problem solver, thriving in the ambiguity that accompanies startup life.
