Role Overview
As the Strategy & Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, working closely with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to translate key priorities into measurable outcomes. You will orchestrate essential planning cycles, including quarterly OKRs, performance reporting, and initiative tracking, while leading impactful cross-functional projects from conception to delivery.
Your insights will enhance decision-making speed by compiling inputs and crafting clear materials that facilitate alignment among stakeholders. Collaborating with teams across go-to-market, product, and revenue, you will ensure that our strategies are effectively implemented and aligned with our corporate objectives.
This position will also involve identifying operational inefficiencies and partnering with functional leaders to design scalable processes, while monitoring progress on key initiatives to maintain commitment and momentum throughout the organization.
