About the Role
Charlie Health is on the lookout for a highly motivated, intellectually curious, and data-oriented Strategy & Operations Analyst. This pivotal role will be positioned within one of two teams—Admissions Strategy or Care Strategy—based on your background, interests, and the needs of the business.
In this role, you will operate at the nexus of data, operations, and product, working to enhance both client access to care and the delivery of care on a large scale. You will collaborate closely with leaders in Operations, Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Data to pinpoint opportunities, conduct analyses, and execute solutions that drive improved outcomes, experiences, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions Strategy Focus
As part of the Admissions team, your goal will be to enhance the journey of prospective clients from their initial contact to the commencement of care, focusing on optimizing conversion rates, reducing time to care, and refining the onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing and optimizing the entire admissions funnel to boost conversion rates and expedite access to care.
- Identifying gaps in personnel, processes, and technology that may lead to funnel leakage or missed follow-ups.
- Creating Excel-based forecasting and capacity models to enhance operational performance.
